"I was a customer at another branch of Statefarm for several years, who were absolutely awful, see my Mario Thomas branch review.. so I transferred my coverage to Brandon Baxter a few years ago. Things started off well, they handled all the complications created by my previous Agent, but that's pretty well where them doing their job stopped. Aside from some of the staff being quite terrible, as far as their professional handling of simple things and their customer service, terrible, they intended to significantly overcharge me. One example- A few WEEKS ago I attempted to cancel a motorcycle policy and add a car. Somehow I still had an active policy several weeks later, as in they couldnt handle a single request, and were still intending to charge me. The representative did a very poor job of providing a quote for the car, as there were many things which should have lowered my premiums, which she did not even attempt. My quote was about four times what I'm paying now with Shelter. In response to this final straw I have cancelled all my coverages with them, and will NEVER use Statefarm again. This company is corrupt, the Agents are greasy, they want to take your money, they are very bad neighbors who are not there. Would not recommend 0/10 I will say that the lady who handled the cancelation of my policies with this company was very kind and competent, I just wish I had such capable representation when i was a customer."

"I’ve been a long-time customer of State Farm, and after being involved in a car accident on July 4, I expected far better service. Unfortunately, this office has been nothing but a disappointment. Despite paying a significant amount for coverage, I had to handle most of the claims process myself, including paperwork that they should have been responsible for. The new staff didn’t have the answers to my questions, and no one returned my calls. I had to keep calling and following up on my own. To make matters worse, we were left without a vehicle for three weeks, causing me to lose clients for my business. What’s even more frustrating is that all along, our policy allowed us coverage for uninsured motorists, so we could have had a rental vehicle the entire time! The office owner never called to offer assistance, and this entire experience has been a huge letdown. For the premiums we pay, I expected much more professionalism and support from Brandon Baxter."
